Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) ensures that your lightning protection and surge protection systems are seamlessly tested, maintained and in good working order.

To meet the needs of busy facilities manages, property owners and local authority departments our Planned Preventative Maintenance schemes let you focus on other things and let us ensure your systems are tested and working.

Annual testing and maintenance schemes can be easily booked with our testing and inspections team by calling 01621 230100. Once your system testing is scheduled our team will email you an annual reminder so you know when your lightning protection testing is due to be carried.

All our testing engineers are fully trained inline with HSE Guidelines for working at height and certificated with the CSCS. Our in house health and safety team will also produce a full risk and method statement for all visits to site.

Our goal is to make the process of maintaining your lightning protection, fall arrest, roofs and gutters as simple and hassle free as possible.

As part of an annual testing scheme our team is able to perform the following testing and inspections:

After the scheduled testing and inspections have been completed we would provide you with a test certificate if your systems are all in good working order, if however some remedial works are required to bring your systems up to standard a remedial report with costs are submitted to perform the necessary works.
